The waiting list explained

You must complete the first stage, which is to apply and, once your eligibility has been confirmed, receive confirmation that you have been accepted onto our Waiting List for University properties.
After assessment of your criteria, if a suitable property becomes available it will be offered to you. This offer is subject to a fixed-time period for you to respond. During the offer period the property will not be offered to anyone else.
If you decline an offer you will automatically rejoin the waiting list. If the offer period expires without response the offer will be withdrawn and you will return to the waiting list for the next available property that meets your requirements. If you have been offered three properties and either declined all the offers or allowed them to expire, we will remove you from the waiting list and you will not be able to rejoin.
