Chaucer Road

Flat 2, 21 Chaucer Road: A large flat with 4/5 bedrooms on the first and second floors of a large Victorian semi-detached house. The flat has gas central heating, a small kitchen, living room and separate dining room. The beautiful garden (shared with Flat 1) is maintained by the University. There is off-street parking.

10 Latham Road 

Two spacious flats in a large Edwardian detached house with off-street parking. The house has a large garden. The flats were refurbished and modernised in 2024.

22a Long Road

This is a 4 bedroom annexe to a larger property. The house offers an entrance hall, WC, kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room, two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor. There is of-road parking for one vehicle. There is an enclosed garden tended by the University gardening service.

Huntingdon Road 

Gravel Hill: Two two/three-bedroomed unfurnished cottages with gardens. These properties are 10-15 minutes cycle ride from the City Centre and have off-road parking.

Bunkers Hill: Three unfurnished 3-bedroomed properties (one detached, two semi-detached) just off Huntingdon Road. The location is some distance from the main road, but is also close to a bus stop and has a good cycle lane to the City Centre. There are large gardens with garden sheds in front of each property. Off-street parking is available.

Madingley

Madingley is a quiet, picturesqueand  popular village with a village green and a good local pub. The village is about 3 miles from Cambridge. The Accommodation Service manages eight three-bedroom semi-detached cottages. Several have been recently refurbished. Oil-fired central heating is provided. Some cottages have off-road parking.
