Description

This lovely 2 bedroom semi detached character property is located in an excellent village location, approx 3 miles from Cambridge City Centre and with excellent road and public transport links. It has off road parking for two cars.

The house is approx. 1 minute walk from the guided busway into Cambridge City Centre, Cambridge North and Cambridge Central stations, the Science Park and Addenbrookes Hospital. For those who prefer to cycle, there is a cycle track alongside the busway. There is also a bus service which runs into the City Centre from outside the house. So if you prefer to leave you car at the house during the stay, it's very easy to get about.

Access to the road network is via the A14 and M11 which are both close by.

Impington and Histon have an excellent range of facilities such as schools, shops including Tesco and Co-op, pubs and restaurants. churches and a library. Station Stores is a popular convenience store approx 1 minute walk which sells fresh croissants for breakfast and home made curries for an easy meal at the end of a busy day. The Station House cafe is also very close and offers all day brunch with healthy options, afternoon tea and delicious coffee.
