The room is on the ground floor to right of front door in photo. Fridge, dining table and chairs plus Poang armchair and TV. Cloakroom is adjacent, sole use of upstairs shower and hand basin. Door to one end of my kitchen with separate combi/microwave, one burner induction hob and own sink for light meals. Weekly use of washing machine included.
Room only Daily £40 per night, weekly £210 (£30pn). 1 month plus £750 - £825 pcm, depending on dates.
20% deposit required on booking, plus reference from university supervisor or employer.
Please be aware as the room is adjacent to kitchen there will be some slight noise at times.
Shower room is not shared but is upstairs.
We are 2 miles from city centre. Approx 30 mins walk.
Buses are 3 mins walk from the house. City 5 and 6 direct to city,(every 40 mins) U1, university bus subsidized, every 35 mins, alternating with U2 from Eddington stop at 10 mins walk every 35mins.
Broadband Plusnet. Ethernet connection in ground floor room with broadband speed up to 60mb. WIFI is 30mb.
Kitchen facilities for quick meals only may mean more suited to short term lets.
Parking in drive. Locked shed for bike storage.
