A fully-refurbished three bedroom townhouse overlooking Jesus Green in the historic heart of Cambridge city centre, with two parking spaces. This property provides a perfect base from which guests can explore the delights of Cambridge.

The private top floor balcony boasts views of Jesus Green to the left, and the famous Chapel of St John's College (one of the most recognisable buildings in Cambridge) to the right.

The third bedroom is also on the first floor and has full size bunk bed, dressing table, wardrobe and bedside table, along with a Juliet balcony that overlooks the rear garden, with views of the famous Varsity Hotel roof terrace. Next door to the third bedroom is the large family bathroom, with a bath (incorporating a shower screen), a sink and a toilet.

The main room on the ground floor is split into two open-plan sections. From the light-filled ‘study’ area at the front of the building, you can watch the world go by along Portugal Street through the large curved window, or catch up with some paperwork while sitting at the bureau writing table; while the living room itself is perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing, and contains a 55" smart TV, a coffee table, and two large sofas, along with patio doors that lead to a balcony area - with steps down to the garden. There is also a downstairs toilet on the ground floor.

The dining room in the basement is modern and spacious, with a large extendable dining table and six chairs, and well as a 43” smart TV and a comfy sofa for relaxing after dinner. The kitchen has recently been replaced, with brand new units and appliances throughout, and there is a fully equipped utility room next door, with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The rear kitchen door leads to a small paved courtyard, with steps up to the main garden.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, along with a Nest smart heating system to keep all areas of the house at the perfect temperature. The house is also partially air-conditioned, with wall-mounted units in the two main bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen / dining room.

Parking is provided via a space to the rear of the house, in the Varsity Place car park, with an additional space also available inside the garden area, behind a lockable sliding wooden gate.
