Our house is 4 mins drive to Cambridge Business and Science parks , 4 mins drive to Jesus Green and Midsummer Common, 6 mins drive to Cambridge North station, 8 mins drive to historical Cambridge city centre and its colleges and 10 mins drive to Cambridge station.

Arranged on 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, back garden, fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished lounge with TV and brand new furniture.
On ground floor, the kitchen is fitted with appliances including hob with grill & oven, fridge – freezer & microwave. There is a cutlery, basic pans, wine and water glasses required for your visit.
The lounge has a sofa bed, 2 seater sofa, 1 seater sofa chair with TV. The glass top dining table with 6 chairs is kept on the other side of the lounge. The lounge opens into the back garden.
There is high speed WIFI available throughout the house.
On first floor, there is a master bedroom with king size bed, a sliding wooden wardrobe and two bedside drawers with 2 small table lamps.
There is a second double bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedside drawers with 2 small table lamps as well as a sliding wooden wardrobe.
There is also a family bathroom with bath & shower and a separate toilet.
An off street parking is also available for parking your vehicle.
Our guests have private access to the whole two storey house and garden as well as shared access to the green spaces.
Midsummer common and Jesus Green is a mile away and is 4 mins drive, which are ideal for morning and evening walks.
Guests can email or text or call anytime between 9 am to 9 pm. Any communication beyond these hours would be dealt with at the earliest convenience!
For bookings for more than 28 days, we provide Tesco or Sainsburys or Waitrose's vouchers.
There is a Co-operative store, Fish & Chip shop, Pharmacy & a café (Cambridge Homebrew) which are 5 mins walk from our house.
