The property also has gated secure parking to leave your car somewhere safe and then enjoy the city.
Located on the top floor with video entry system for added security. Modern Kitchen/dining area with integrated appliances such as; oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer and slim line dishwasher. Small appliances include; toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine.
Pots, pan, cutlery and crockery - Everything to able to cook and settle in and enjoy whether you are staying 2 nights or 30 nights.
Table and chairs to eat or great for workspace as the table pulls out for extra room.
Sofa bed in living room for an extra guest, large TV with Freeview and WIFI included. Plenty of windows letting in great light and set at the back of the building for extra quietness and insulation.
Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and touch lamps and large wardrobe for storage.
Modern clean bathroom with double power shower.
Complimentary basics will be included in your stay to help you settle in such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter etc. Along with cleaning essentials for laundry and Mason & Miller miniatures soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all included with your stay.
Guests are left to their own privacy. Note bi weekly cleaning will be made available for long term staying guests.

Guests have access to the entire place with secure entrance - Open plan living/dining/kitchen area, separate double bedroom, small balcony and bathroom.

Prices:
£100 per night for week days
£115 per night for weekends (Excluding bank holidays, Christmas holidays and New years - Prices may vary)

A one off cleaning fee of £35.00 will apply per booking.
Note a 50% reservation fee, along with I.D will be required to secure your dates. Note this is non refundable should you wish to cancel.
The other 50% of your booking will be due roughly 4 weeks before your arrival along with a low refundable deposit. If your stay is within 4 weeks, the total amount will be due immediately upon booking.
