Cafes, restaurants and shops dot the mile long Mill Rd as it runs south east out of the city from Parker's Piece. The Mill Rd area is popular amongst locals as a great place of culture and independent shops and top restaurants. Rates start from just £70 per night to £120 per night depending on season. Sleeps up to 3 with one double bed and one sofa bed located in the living room for the third guest if required.
Newly furnished open plan living kitchen area with fully kitted kitchen with a dining table and chairs. Sofa bed for an extra guest or child. Travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
The modern and quiet flat is only shared with five other small flats, located just on the first floor providing a good location within Cambridge but in a civilized, cultured and popular setting.
Kitted out kitchen includes all integrated appliances such as an oven, electric hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, washer dryer. Also kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine.
Small desk/vanity unit with a chair provided and dining room table and chair that seats four. The apartment includes all bills, free WIFI, cable TV, guide books of Cambridge itself with recommendations.
Double shower room in bathroom with towels included.
Off road parking on a first come first serve basis, however ample FREE on street parking is available.
Gas central heating and double glazing throughout.
Fans can also be provided during the warmer months
Complimentary basics will be included in your stay to help you settle in such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter etc. Along with cleaning essentials for laundry and Mason & Miller miniatures soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all included with your stay.
The flat has everything you need whether staying 2 nights or 60 nights.
Guests are left to their own privacy during their stay unless requested - Note bi weekly cleaning will be made available for long term staying guests.

Airport or Train pick up/drop off can be arranged an an extra fee with notice.
A food shop can be ordered and packed away for you for your arrival at an extra fee. Just enquire for more details. Anything to make your stay that bit easier.

Prices:
£90 per night for week days
£100 per night for weekends (Excluding bank holidays, Christmas holidays and New years - Prices may vary)

£60.00 cleaning fee will be added for your total stay.
Note a 50% reservation fee, along with I.D will be required to secure your dates. Note this is non refundable should you wish to cancel.
The other 50% of your booking will be due roughly 4 weeks before your arrival along with a low refundable deposit. If your stay is within 4 weeks, the total amount will be due immediately upon booking.
