Two double ensuite rooms, with large kitchen and living room, in an Edwardian house, within walking distance of the city centre. Either room is suitable for a couple or single person. (The bed in the yellow room photo is Emperor sized and will be replaced with a normal double bed.)
The house is situated in a very quiet residential location, overlooking the river and nature reserve, but only a 15 min walk from the town centre and university colleges, along a beautiful riverside walk. Next to Queens College accommodation in the Croft. There are restaurants just 10 mins walk away.
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated in keeping with the house. Both rooms have TV and free Wi-fi.The blue room has a large bathroom with separate bath and shower. The yellow room has a smaller bathroom with shower over bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, along with all the necessary utensils and cutlery. The living room is spacious, with a sofa and dining table.
You'll be sharing the house with the owner of the property, who has own kitchen and living room, and a sweet natured ginger and white cat called Salvo. The front door, hall and stairs are shared.

Per night £80 (3 night minimum stay)
Blue room £1000 per month
