Charming cottage built c1800 on a quiet lane in Girton. Cosy lounge has a sofa bed that can sleep 2. Double bedroom has double bed to sleep 2 plus the single bedroom has a single bed to sleep 1 person. Modern bathroom with shower over bath. Modern kitchen has washing machine/dryer, 4 ring cooker/oven plus a new fridge freezer. The kitchen has a low doorway height of 5ft 3ins and the staircase is narrow so not suitable for tall persons. Newly refurbished with new mattresses, towels, linen, crockery and all cooking requirements plus a microwave oven and grill. The cottage is warmed by central heating and is cosy. The area is perfect for walks; the village shop, church and pub are 5 minutes walk from the cottage. A bus goes into Cambridge centre every 20 mins and biking to the centre is 10-15 mins. There is a quiet courtyard space behind the cottage with a bench. If you have a small dog or cat to stay it’s fine. Price £100 per night£695 per week£2700 per monthContact to arrange longer stays
