The location is very close to the Biomedical Research Campus, Addenbrookes Hospital, the LMB, the new Papworth Hospital, Astra Zeneca, Abcam and Cambridge University Medical Facilities. Cambridge station is in walking (22 mins) or cycling (7 mins) distance. Use of communcal kitchen, separate guest sitting room. Large garden with gym which you can use.
The rooms on offer are as follows:
1. Suite with king size bed in one room and study in adjoining room. Bathroom for sole use across the corridor. £1000 per calendar month or £50 per night for stays of more than 3 days but less than a month.
2. Another suite with bedroom and study areas and shower room adjoining. (as above)
3. Double room with desk in room and using the shower room £800 per calender month or £40 per night
4. Short term only a super large room with king size four poster bed with ensuite bathroom £70 per night, £420 per week
5. Short term only a super king room with adjoining sole use large family bathroom with bath, separate shower, double sinks. £65 per night £380 per week

Parking for car or bikes, breakfast and dinner available at additional cost. Room serviced weekly.
