We have just completed the build of Granta Cottage which sits beside our other property - Meadow Cottage.Located in a very quiet area just off Trumpington road giving really easy access into Cambridge by car in ten minutes (traffic permitting) or a lovely cycle ride in as little as fifteen minutes to the town centre or ten to Addenbrooks hospital and the Biomedical Campus.Granta Cottage has been designed with no expense spared to create an extremely comfortable, unique home.The property has : 4 double bedrooms, one with kingsize bed and ensiute;livingroom;kitchen diner; garden with furniture and fire pit and ample off street parking.
