The L-shaped balcony which runs across the penthouse with panoramic views of Cambridge overlooking the communal garden on one side and station on the other, and is perfect for having morning tea/coffee or a glass of champagne in the evening.

There are two double bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes and with king size bed (can be separated into 2 single beds) in one bedroom and large double in the other. The master bedroom has an en suite attached to it and there is also a family bathroom with large bath and 2 well pressured ceiling and hand showers.

The penthouse is furnished with modern furniture and is maintained to a very high standard with under floor heating and double glazing ensuring full privacy and security.

Our guests will have full private access to the entire penthouse, balcony and private parking space as well as shared access to the development's green spaces.

Other Things to Note:

The apartment is of comfortable size for people travelling in a group (up to 6) including family with children.

This is also a great place for a group of business travellers visiting Cambridge for conferences or events.

ii. No stag OR hen parties or events
iii. No loud noise at night or early in the morning (8 PM – 9 AM)
iv. Suitable for pets

B. For a 50% refund of accommodation charges, cancellation must be made 15 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise it is non-refundable.

C. Pricing:

Per day rate for 2 guests: £153

Extra people: £20 / night after 2 guests (Can accommodate 6 people)

Security Deposit: £175

Weekly Discount: 5%

Monthly Discount: 10%

Parking: £12 per car per night.
