Description
Orchard Park is a new development, with a convenient connection to the city centre, as well as to the Business and Science Parks. Local amenities such as shops and eateries are 5 min walk from the house. There is a guided bus route, it takes about 15 min to the city centre.
Rooms are available as follows:
1. En-suite, with a toilet and shower, king size bed, walk in wardrobe, desk, mini fridge, kettle. As it is the only room on the top floor, it is very spacious and private. £175 per week, all bills included.
2. Double bed, adjacent bathroom, wardrobe, desk, chair, kettle. Very cosy and comfortable, 1st floor. £145 per week, all bills included.
Bedding and towels are provided. Free Wifi is available. Photos of the house/rooms are available on request and you are welcome to arrange a viewing in person, or by Skype. The rooms are available on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, as required.
