The studio is tucked away behind Milton Road, ideally situated 5 minutes walk from Jesus Green and the river. Note: there is no dedicated parking space available, however there are numerous local bus routes.
Cambridge town centre and several Cambridge colleges are also within easy walking distance including St. Edmunds, Trinity, Fitzwilliam, Magdalene, New Hall, Jesus, Lucy Cavendish and Churchill. Perfectly located for exploring Cambridge and is also a short distance from the Science Park.
The studio is split into a ground floor well equipped kitchen and separate living/bedroom area on the first floor, with en-suite shower room.
The living/bedroom area includes a king-size bed, sofa, desk area & chair. There is a wardrobe and also abundant drawer space. Two roof windows with blinds. The flat screen TV with DVD player has multiple TV and radio services available and there is free wifi.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
The ground floor kitchen is complete with hob, built-in oven, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge and has ample storage. A toaster and kettle are provided, as well as kitchen utensils, knife block with knives and chopping board. All plates, mugs, glasses, pans, iron and ironing board are provided. There is a fold-down table for dining with 3 stools.
The shower room consists of a shower cubicle with thermostatically controlled mains shower, toilet, vanity washbasin and mirror with overhead light and shaver socket.
The studio is available for a minimum of 5 days.
