The studio is tucked away behind Milton Road, ideally situated 5 minutes walk from Jesus Green and the river. Note: there is no dedicated parking space available, however there are numerous local bus routes.
Cambridge town centre and several Cambridge colleges are also within easy walking distance including St. Edmunds, Trinity, Fitzwilliam, Magdalene, New Hall, Jesus, Lucy Cavendish and Churchill. Perfectly located for exploring Cambridge and is also a short distance from the Science Park.
The studio is split into a well equipped kitchen and separate living/bedroom area with en-suite shower room.
The living/bedroom area includes a double bed, sofa, desk & chair and small dining table. There is a built-in wardrobe with hanging space and shelving and also abundant drawer space. Laminate flooring. Two windows with venetian blinds and curtains. The flat screen TV with DVD player has multiple TV and radio services available and there is free wifi.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is complete with hob, built-in oven, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge and has ample storage. A toaster and kettle are provided, as well as kitchen utensils, knife block with knives and chopping boards. All plates, mugs, glasses, pans, iron and ironing board are provided.
The shower room consists of a shower cubicle with thermostatically controlled mains shower, toilet, vanity washbasin and mirror with overhead light and shaver socket.
The studio is available for a minimum of 5 days.
