SHORT LET from 3rd January to 3rd February 2015 £500 per week all inclusive except excessive use of electricity.
Newly renovated, modern furnished end semi-detached house bordering on fields on three sides. Private rear garden and easy care gravelled front garden with plenty of off street parking. The kitchen has a granite bench top, and all floors are engineered wood except in the carpeted three bedrooms. There is a downstairs utility / wet room with access from the back garden. There are 2 living rooms or one can be used as a dining room. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with bath only, a mezzanine office and three double bedrooms with Queen, King and a Double bed respectively, one with an en-suite shower and basin. All bedrooms have field views. The house is very comfortable, in perfect order and in a quiet lane with quick access to Cambridge and the local Waitrose store.
