Who are the tenants?

All those seeking accommodation through the Accommodation Service are either Cambridge University members or other academics connected to the University. For example, they could be PGCE students, postgraduate students or visiting scholars. Some will be seeking to accommodate their families too.

We vet closely all applicants for our service to ensure that they are members of the University of Cambridge.

On the whole this means that they make reliable tenants. We are careful whom we help through the Service but cannot be held responsible for those looking for accommodation on our site.
