What types of accommodation do you have?
We have houses and flats provided by the University of Cambridge, by private landlords and some by Colleges in the University. We also have rooms and bedsits provided by private landlords and Colleges, some in shared houses, and others in domestic homes.
Private properties for rent
Including flats, houses, rooms in shared houses and bedsits. Available on both long and medium-term basis (more than 3 weeks). It is difficult to obtain self-contained accommodation for less than 6 months.
Self-contained properties owned by the University. Available to University members. Minimum let usually 12 months up to a maximum stay of 2 years. Rents are competitive but there is a waiting list.
College and Department rooms
An increasing number of various types of accommodation supplied by University colleges and departments. Room types and letting periods vary from college to college.
Comprehensive listing of Bed and Breakfasts and Guest Houses and some self contained all inclusive accommodation. You do not need to register to access the temporary accommodation list.
