University-owned Accommodation
The University has 360 self-contained flats and 6 houses, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms. They are all situated within the city of Cambridge, within easy access of the city centre and the University departments and faculties. Because they are owned by the University, they are kept in excellent condition and house only University-members. Properties are for long lets only, a minimum of an academic year and a maximum of two years. Priority is given to those who are new to Cambridge
Prices start from around £655 per month excluding all bills. The flats and houses are a mixture of furnished and unfurnished, and come with white goods included.
The popular properties are located on 6 different sites around the city: Causewayside on Fen Causeway, Southacre on Chaucer Road; George Nuttall Close off Milton Road; 3 flats in Panton Street; 3 flats in Castle Street; and the 206 new apartments at the West Cambridge site. The University also owns houses on Huntingdon Road and Madingley.
