Let Your Property

We find University affiliated tenants for private landlords, University Colleges and Departments, and the University itself.

We are always looking for more landlords with rooms within 5 and properties within 10 miles of Cambridge city centre – for long, medium or short lets.  If you would like to advertise Bed and Breakfast accommodation please e-mail accommodation.service@admin.cam.ac.uk for further information. 

How does it work?

• Register to receive your login details
• Add details of your properties/rooms
• Advertise your properties/rooms as they are available
• Prospective tenants contact you for viewings
• Let us know when you have signed a contract with a tenant so that we can update our system
  
  

Cost

Advertising up to 3 properties is completely free. When you secure a tenant through us, we do ask if you would like to make a voluntary donation.

If you advertise four or more properties with us an administration fee of £32 is charged for each advertisement of the fourth and subsequent properties.

A £40 administration fee is charged for advertising Holiday Lets per season.

Agencies

If you plan to have an agency manage your property we can permit this on the understanding that no administration fees (ie for credit checks, inventory checks etc) are made to clients from The Accommodation Service.
