Can I use existing tenants to find other tenants through you?

It is far better for a landlord to advertise accommodation directly to avoid creating multiple accounts for the same accommodation on our web site. This does not exclude an existing tenant from being the point of contact for the accommodation – simply put their contact details in the advert.

Where tenants do act on behalf of a landlord, we need to know that this is happening. We will always ask a landlord to confirm that the tenant is acting with their knowledge and permission before allowing the tenant to place an advert through the Accommodation Service.
